I also won the Roy Howell medal for the best overall performance throughout the course. I then went on to complete my foundation training year, working in general practice, the community dental service, and the paediatric department at Newcastle Dental Hospital. Hi everyone! I graduated from Newcastle University in 2014 before spending 2 years living and working in Tauranga, New Zealand. Whilst I was there, I invested in my skills, completing courses in One Visit Crowns and working with digital scanning technology. I returned to my hometown of Newcastle and began working at Newburn, and I am delighted to say I have worked here ever since.

I enjoy meeting and treating patients and making them feel as relaxed as they can. Having worked at Newburn for over 6 years I enjoy building relationships with my patients, hopefully making them feel at ease.

In my spare time, I have a 3-year-old who keeps me young! I enjoy going out for meals (when we can!), out for walks with our National Trust membership, and following Newcastle United! x

I graduated from Newcastle University in 2014 before completing my training with another year working in Sheffield. After returning for a brief spell in my hometown of Newcastle, I traveled to New Zealand where I spent two years working privately in Tauranga, North Island. There, I developed my skills with further courses in One-Visit Crowns (OVC’s), working with digital scanners (CEREC), and a number of restorative courses, all while embracing the ‘Kiwi’ culture and traveling at weekends. In recent years I have further progressed my career by training to provide Invisalign® clear aligners and Sleepwell anti-snoring devices. I pride myself on being a good communicator who makes his patients feel at ease. I believe dentistry should be minimally invasive and that the care I provide for my patients would be how I would like my own friends and family to be treated.

In my spare time I have a toddler who keeps me and my wife on our toes! We enjoy going for walks, meals out, and following Newcastle United!
